Hi All,

 

Having read several posts about so-called Auto-tools I was wondering what these consist of and whether they're available for VAs?

Auto-tools (commonly called "MAPS") is a method in which division's can retrieve data from CERT for members within that division. This isn't something that would be available to VAs.

Werner,

Auto-Tools aren't available to vACCs by default, but VATEUD provides data feeds for vACC membership needs that are sourced from the AutoTools.
