Wade Williams 877539 Posted March 24, 2010 at 10:02 PM Posted March 24, 2010 at 10:02 PM I'm considering upgrading my BootCamp partition to Windows 7. However since one of the main reasons for its existence is VRC, I thought I'd check in and see if VRC and Windows 7 are playing nice together. Thanks for any input. Maybe, I think running it as admin is the key. I had some potential sound problems that seemed to work better with XP SP3-mode, but that might be a problem with my sound card drivers rather than VRC. Great piece of software though! Patrik Yngvér VATSIM Thailand vACC Deputy Director C3 ENR Controller ESNO, Sweden

Miika Asunta 961956 Posted May 10, 2010 at 11:28 PM Posted May 10, 2010 at 11:28 PM How about monitoring your own speech through headset in Windows 7? I hear a horrible delay, I really cannot tolerate this - is there any way to monitor my own sound realtime? In windows XP this used to work perfectly well. I just enabled the playback volume and set it to a comfortable level in the sound mixer, works really fine and you'll hear what you're speking through the mic.
