I've been unable to start VATSPY recently due to "There is an error in XML docomeent (0,0)"

Any advice on what's wrong?

Usually that means the config file got corrupted or zeroed-out somehow. If you delete the config file, VATSpy should be able to run. The config file can be found by entering this into a windows explorer window:

%appdata%\VAT-Spy

Delete the XML file called "VATSpyConfig.xml". It might be called just "VATSpyConfig".

I wasn't able to find any of those files, do you happen to know where they are usually hidden?

You put "%appdata%\VAT-Spy" into a windows explorer window and you didn't see the config file?

Any chance you're not logged in as the user that you installed it as?
