Todd Scull 998257 Posted March 31, 2010 at 10:28 PM Posted March 31, 2010 at 10:28 PM Any leads on scenery for La Paz (SLLP)? I located one that was good for 1963 rendition of the airport but I am looking for something more recent. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Santiago Gaymer Posted April 13, 2010 at 01:29 PM Posted April 13, 2010 at 01:29 PM There is a scenery available in AVSIM library, I'm not sure if it's the last one. If it has a lighting-green-gr[Mod - Happy Thoughts] then it is (that horrible gr[Mod - Happy Thoughts] can be fixed, btw). Our FIR web page is currently down due to problems with the host, we are working on it and we hope to bring it up as soon as possible, including a new section with all sceneries available for Bolivian airports. In the meanwhile, I encourage you to take a look to Latin VFR's Sucre payware scenery (SLSU) and try to land in rwy 05. Greetings, Santiago. Joaquin Blanco Posted April 13, 2010 at 04:15 PM Posted April 13, 2010 at 04:15 PM Sucre....... Landed there and let's say it felt like a roller-coaster. Then later tried to take off on a fully loaded 737 almost didn't make it. Very challenging airport and a must for anyone wanting a thrill.
