Very low(1-3) FPS on Wilco E190 after about 10-15 minutes

After having the E190 loaded for about 10-15 minutes, the framerates drop to around 1-3 FPS. I do not have this problem with the Wilco A320 and it occurs both online and offline.

 

My computer has an AMD Phenom II x2 processor @ 3.1 Ghz. I have 6 gigs of ram, ans a Geforce GTS 250. I am running Win 7.

I feel like this may be related to multiplayer settings in FSInn

I checked that, it occurs offline too.
