Dear Valued Customers, staff and management team of Mexicana Virtual Airlines:

The purpose of this is to convey to you my sincere apologies for any inconvenience you may have experienced last year with Mexicana Virtual Airlines services. The only possible explanation I can give is that we have recently had issues with our management team. The company aims to consistently deliver a professional service to our customers and I would like to state that on these occasions the level of service you received was unacceptable. I promise that we will continue to be committed to providing you and all of our customers with the highest standards of service in the virtual airlines industry.

Mexicana Virtual Airlines is pleased to announce that effective April 18, 2010, we will be reconstructing our staffing and management team. We are looking for new pilots and new management team that is dictated to provide excellent service to our customers. As a valued customer, future staff of the Mexicana Virtual Airline, we invite you to come and visit our web site. Our friendly staff will be pleased to proudly show you the services we offer.

We welcome your comments, criticisms, and suggestions to aid our efforts in offering you the finest service. We look forward to a long and mutually beneficial relationship with you.
