Can that UK NOTAM also please point at the New Pilots Docomeent? It'e the only medium we have that is certain to reach all members and I really don't think it is used to best effect. Once a month couldn't be regarded as spam could it? I think tis April since the last one and the m[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ive influx of newbies didn't start til May. Apart from seeing the recommendation that Martin Leat sent out when he was RTSM, I can't remember ever hearing the exact decision. It would be nice to know as it affects training. Chris, I'll e-mail you directly with the original proposal that was posted on the VATSIM-UK forum (it'll have to be tomorrow) and then can we talk online, TS or MSN? Any changes will only be workable if the RTSM and the RTS Instructor (Martin and you) are happy with it.
