I have tried reinstalling and uninstalling then installing and no luck

 

see attached

 

I have to right click on a plane and select toggle dep/dest line to get the artcc boundaries to show

 

before toggling

just to be sure, did you try changing the color in the color options for either land or airspace bounderies?

No idea ... usually graphic anomalies like this are due to video driver issues with OpenGL.

Not much I can do with that ... all I can suggest is that you ensure it is the latest version, and that it fully supports OpenGL.
