Hello,

i'm experiencing problems with FSX, for some unknown reason it blocks and after 10 seconds it popus with an error:

"Windows - Display Driver Stopped Responding. The igxprd32 display driver has stopped working normally. Save yourwork and reboot the system to restore full display functionality."

I don't know why or what, but it probally has to do with my graphics (card).

My graphics device is a Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family

and my video card is a Mobile Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 4500MHD

for more information please refer to this link: http://h10010.www1.hp.com/wwpc/za/en/sm/WF06a/321957-321957-64295-3955547-3955547-3687777.html

I have the most recent driver, this is certain because i used http://www.intel.com/support/graphics/detect.htm, and it said it was the current version.

Anyone have ideas about this?

PS: While this topic is open i'm trying to find solutions on several websites.

Thanks in advance,

Jonas

sounds like there's an issue with you Video driver. try an update. also what are the specs for your PC so we can narrow things down.

The display driver error is a common one [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ociated with Windows 7. If you're running Windows 7 place a copy UIAutomationCore.dll from Vista into the root directory of FSX.
