I flew this weekend from SLC to SEA and had a great flight all the way, up until joining the localizer for runway 16C. When on final my computer locked up and then blue screened.

After rebooting, I looked at my event viewer and saw the error was caused from the "Service Control Manager". Stated that it had no started or something to that affect.

I don't even see it listed in my services, so not sure if it even exists on my computer.

There was a lot of traffic sitting at SeaTac, and other aircraft on arrival.

I'm wondering if anyone knows anything about this error, or if it had something to do with the airport being so busy.

thanks

Steve
