Sebastien Bartosz Posted October 14, 2010 at 08:59 PM Posted October 14, 2010 at 08:59 PM Hi there, I just realised that I cannot access all the folders in the VRC file ... link Am I missing some folders here? The thing is I am the administrator for this computer, as I am the only account on it. Because I want to be able to modify the tags like shown here: http://www.metacraft.com/VRC/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1644&sid=23ba52b136f45decfb1798ee9d32eaba But I dont see what the tags have to do with the POF file... Ross Carlson Posted October 14, 2010 at 10:30 PM Posted October 14, 2010 at 10:30 PM The POF file has a field where you can specify the character used as the position symbol for aircraft on the scope. I'm not sure what you mean about not accessing "folders in the VRC file". What folders are you trying to access? And what are you trying to do with them? Sebastien Bartosz Posted October 15, 2010 at 04:16 AM Author Posted October 15, 2010 at 04:16 AM Ok, where exactly in the POF file can the position symbol information be found? Because in my POF file, all I have are squawks, frequencys, positions etc. New York ARTCC
Ross Carlson Posted October 15, 2010 at 04:41 AM Posted October 15, 2010 at 04:41 AM Here's an entry from the boston POF: Low North:Boston Center:134.700:37:C:BOS:CTR:ZBW:LON:4701:4757 The position symbol is the "C" or the "37" depending on which radar mode you're using.
