Anthony Baker 1080999 Posted October 17, 2010 at 09:31 PM Posted October 17, 2010 at 09:31 PM Ross, I know that your not planning on developing vrc any more unless required for possible network changes. How hard (how much work n time) would it take/ is it to add an auto handoff feature similar to ES? Ross Carlson Posted October 17, 2010 at 09:49 PM Posted October 17, 2010 at 09:49 PM It's a lot of work because "auto handoff" is a feature that encomp[Mod - Happy Thoughts]es many components of the software, such as sector definitions (I believe ES uses .ese files for this), flight path prediction, determining which sectors are currently staffed, sector consolidation, etc. As for how hard it is ... well, none of the above is hard, just time consuming. More time than I have at the moment, and more time than I'm likely to find in the near future.
