k something weirds happening. havent flown my PSS 777 in a few months. tried to take it out for the CTP today but im getting a panels.dll error when i launch the flight.

flightsim starts up just fine. the only model this happens with is the PSS 777, all other models work just fine. so i can only [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ume this error is just a symptom, not the cause.

any ideas?

i just reinstalled the 777 in hopes of fixing whatever problem it had, no luck, still get the error after it starts loading the flight.

starting from a fresh flight, not saved.

k i aliased the panel to the posky 777 and she loads up just fine. so i know for sure its the pss panel causing the problem.

this should be fun trying to track down the little booger thats causing it

edit

disabled the pss-777.gau and the model loads. so seems to be the gauge for whatever reason, was working fine before

FIXED!!

well, looks like it anyway

the solution was to just load up with the default cessna. then load the 777. she loaded right up.

never had to do that before, but seems to have fixed it

hope it helps anyone else who runs into this

It reads like one of those selfhelp books.

"How to deal with panel faults without losing your panel"

On the serious note, most payware companies advise to first load the

default cessna, and only thén load their model.

I know how that feels, any problem will keep nagging me until it's fixed.

Can be fun on family visits when your mind is on "why does my 757 do thát?".
