Due to certain circomestances, our current DCRM would like to resign and handover this position. • Current region/division
  
• Controller rating
  
• As well as addressing all the criteria listed below.

 

The selection criteria of VATPRC DCRM are:

Mandatory:

• Fluent written and aural Bi-Lingual (English and Chinese) communication skills
  
• An active member of VATSIM (been online within the past month) with a clean record
  
• Not involved in the management or coordination level of any Virtual Airlines
  
• Not holding any other current VATSIM official staff position (instructors not included)
  
• Is currently a VATPRC controller or is willing to become one
  
• Responsible, contactable, mature, mutual
  
• Is willing to help with general management and growing of the division

 

Desirable:

• Have related experience in conflict resolution or conflict judgement
  
• Real world court decision experience highly regarded
  
• Previous staffing role in VATSIM or other flight simulation network experience
