In order to keep things organized, we ask you to follow some simple rules for creating the subject line. The subject line should contain: Name of the event Date Starting time (UTC!) Example: [NOV 13 1800-2100Z] The Annual Hajj Event The message should inform the reader about more details regarding the event. Helpful are links to charts or procedures the pilots should have available, and links to sceneries. When doing FIR events, a list of suitable airports under control of the FIR can be helpful, too (but it's optional). In case an event is postponed, please make a new post and request for a moderator to delete the previous one, or ask a moderator to update the title of the entry.
