Darrol Larrok 1140797 Posted November 22, 2010 at 12:32 AM Posted November 22, 2010 at 12:32 AM I recently was given a used CH yoke, and it seems to stick when pushed forward, and other times seems to maintain it's position instead of centering. Should it be centering? If yes, how should I fix this? Also, there seems to be a lack of resistance when pushing forward.
Lennart Vedin Posted November 22, 2010 at 03:11 PM Posted November 22, 2010 at 03:11 PM It seams mechanical problem inside your CH yoke. Ether due to part is broken or it has been opened with lack of success to put together. However the only way is to get it opened and have a look. Take notice. If opened, the typical issue for the elevator is: There is a mechanical "fork" connected to the potentiometer. To move both forward and backward, the fork must be positioned correct to the mechanical axis of the steering-wheel. Test functionality before [Mod - Happy Thoughts]emble screws. / Lennart Vedin /
