Organising a FSX Pro Multiplayer session.

Hey, I'm trying to organize a session for FSX with ATC and multiple pilots. It will not be started until probably some time in January 2011. So at this stage I'm just trying to get as many participants as possible, and anyone who wants to [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist me in organizing this session is welcome.

P.S we will be using microphones in the session for the sake of using an ATC.

It appears you are totally confused about VATSIM. Vatsim.net/prc should clear things up a bit, but VATSIM doesn't use the FSX built in multiplayer. VATSIM is a network of people using any approved flightsim that connect with pilot clients, like squawkbox or FSInn.

Edit: By the way, the only thing FSX's multiplayer mode is used for on VATSIM is for the users to share the cockpit... fly on the same plane ( http://mbev.net/wikka/ConnectingAsCopilot ). Other than that, as you can see from testing the four steps of the quick start guide, the VATSIM experience is Air Traffic Control. If some of your group are interested in controlling, click on the ATC link for controllers on the front page of http://www.vatsim.net .
