Octavio Germosen Posted December 28, 2010 at 12:45 AM Posted December 28, 2010 at 12:45 AM Hello everyone, I'm experiencing challenges while loading my Aircrafts files into TWR Trainer software. I'm showing an error which states: " Closed by remote host : Index 0, callsign (aircraft call sign)" when loading more than a file or 5 planes in the same session. Do you know the reason or solution to this error? I've checked my CID, P[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word and Server address in TWR Trainer and everything matches. Please advice. Ross Carlson Posted December 28, 2010 at 01:16 AM Posted December 28, 2010 at 01:16 AM Silly question, but are you opening files that have duplicate callsigns in them? Ross Carlson Posted December 28, 2010 at 04:10 AM Posted December 28, 2010 at 04:10 AM Try combining the two files into one, and see if you can open the combined file and run it for a few minutes without any errors. Harold Rutila 974112 Posted December 28, 2010 at 02:38 PM Posted December 28, 2010 at 02:38 PM Also make sure you're using Unicode encoding when you save these files in Notepad/Wordpad/etc. I had a problem with the other types a while back, though I can't remember if the above was the error I was receiving or not, but it sounds familiar. Octavio Germosen Posted December 29, 2010 at 05:55 PM Author Posted December 29, 2010 at 05:55 PM Thanks Ross and Harold. I tried both things with no luck. The problem persists. I tried extending my visual range to 50NM and nothing... Any other ideas? Octavio Germosen Posted December 31, 2010 at 03:56 AM Author Posted December 31, 2010 at 03:56 AM Ross - I finally made it. Now all my A/Cs are flying as normal in my airspace. It was because callsigns conflict between my files. Thanks for all your help and support.
