I have confirmed all my settings and that Im logged in as the correct sign, in this case ML_TWR and made sure profile has been saved, rebooted etc. Its meant to allocate them from the 3xxx range but its using the default of 1xxx. I Have been trying using F9 or the '[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ign squawk' via the FP but get the same results. Im using XP/SP3 (allthough it all used to work, just formatted my pc recently) Everything else is working fine, tx/rx, chat msgs etc etc and the actual sector file so im not to sure... I was playing around just now, its wierd most of the time it will delete any characters you put after the frequency, but very rarely it seems to keep it.
