I guess that if it starts 2300UTC 23rd and ends at the same day at 0200UTC, I must set the end date to 24th instead of 23rd for the system to understand...if I'm not mistaken? Anything other than UTC is a matter of relativity, and purely a local issue, designed to make life easier in each section of the world. Midnight every day is at 1000 on my local clock.
