Nwankwo Odirachukunma 1180 Posted January 9, 2011 at 08:59 AM Posted January 9, 2011 at 08:59 AM Hello all, I have a dream of becoming VATSIM online flying, but it seems it has been scatterd by PMDG support not replying me, I bought their product PMDG 747-400x and it extention, and i have been trying to run it so i can join the VATSIM online, but with no success, always telling me ''unable to locate fsx.exe. can not be installed'' for the past 3 weeks, i have been trying all things possible and asking them what system do i need to use, but they just refuse to tell me that after spending money for the product, i tried to register in AVSIM which they say is there customer service option but i could not succceed in registering too. So i decided to bring my pleal here, here is my current system, and please let me know if there is anything i have to do to the laptop b4 it will run that product, or if i should buy new laptop, but please include what the laptop must have, money is not the issue. Currently i use this laptop which refuses to run it: What i have is SYSTEM Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard Model: Compaq Presario CQ61 Notebook PC Rating: 3.5 Window Experience Indexs System: Pentium® Dual Core CPU T4200 @ 2.00GHz 2.00GHZ Memory (RAM): 2.00GB System Type: 32-bit Operating system Am using Window Vista Home Basic with Service Pack recently upgraded to it, please tell me what else am missing, is there anything i need to upgrade again to Run the 740-400x on this commputer, or the laptop can not be use to run it? Please also tell me if the laptop can be upgraded if required without me buying new system, cos am not acomputer Engineer, so will like to know.
