Harry Nelson 815166 Posted January 25, 2011 at 05:16 PM Posted January 25, 2011 at 05:16 PM I have just upgraded to windows 7 and am having a problem with voice on VRC. I select my voice channel and check either headset or speakers, after about 20 seconds the green "on hdst" in the frequency box will turn to "txt only". I have switched from wave to directsound and it continues to happen. I did not have this problem with XP. I have connected to Squawkbox using FS9 with no problems with the voice, just not connect to VRC to control using voice and windows 7. Would someone kindly help with some advise on how to connect again, please. Harry Nelson Harry Nelson VATBAH1 VATME
Sebastien Bartosz Posted January 25, 2011 at 06:30 PM Posted January 25, 2011 at 06:30 PM It may be the voice server that you chose that is bugging/down. Might need confirmation though.. New York ARTCC

Luca Benelli Posted January 25, 2011 at 09:17 PM Posted January 25, 2011 at 09:17 PM Shouldn't be a voice server problem then. Can you listen on a frequency? (do you receive voice monitoring another channel?) Luca Benelli - C3 - P2
