Darrol Larrok 1140797 Posted February 21, 2011 at 12:42 AM Posted February 21, 2011 at 12:42 AM (edited) It should work fine with regard to the OS, remember to run as admin. But you should upgrade to FSX if the specs are appropriate, a few minor tweaks and it's pretty awesome. Ernesto Alvarez 818262 Posted February 21, 2011 at 12:45 AM Posted February 21, 2011 at 12:45 AM pretty hard to say if itll work or not without any actual specs. your OS is not enough to even judge whether or not itll run it any good
Paul Byrne Posted February 21, 2011 at 05:59 PM Posted February 21, 2011 at 05:59 PM Hi, As Darrol said, it is no problem to install FS9 on your machine once you're installing and running as an admin. However, I think Darrol is mixing up his 'shoulds' and 'coulds'. Yes, if your specs are good, you could upgrade. However, if you're happy and have a good collection of expensive add ons for FS9, then there's no VATSIM related need to upgrade. FS9 is supported just as much as FSX on VATSIM. Cheers!
