Troubleshoot: Active Sector Not Illuminating

I have a sector defined, CZWG_CTR:

 

SECTOR:CZWG_CTR:0:65000
OWNER:ZGC:ZGR
BORDER:E10:E11:E12:E13:E14:E15:E16:E17:E18

 

During troubleshooting, with selecting :SECTOR:CZWG_CTR in the Sector section of the display settings dialogue for testing, I notice it does not illuminate. However, CZWG_A_CTR,

 

SECTOR:CZWG_A_CTR:23000:28000
OWNER:ZGA:ZGC:ZGR
BORDER:E10:E11:E12:E13:E14:E15:E16:E17:E18

sharing the exact same boundary differing only in altitude, works fine.

 

Perhaps my eyes are tired and I'm missing some tiny discrepency between the two, but I don't understand why one is working while the other isn't yet I have (I think) the same Border code line applied to both.

You would have to show us and POSITION part of the .ese file for the two sectors, plus some of the defined lines, as combination of these can couse the problem.
