Rob Killins 897126 Posted February 26, 2011 at 08:27 PM Posted February 26, 2011 at 08:27 PM What does this error "Invalid maximum SQ value" mean when I try to save my general settings?
Tom Uytterhoeven 1151895 Posted February 26, 2011 at 10:02 PM Posted February 26, 2011 at 10:02 PM It means that your squawk range is invalid, so probably it doesn't exist in real life as well.. Neil Farrington Posted February 26, 2011 at 10:24 PM Posted February 26, 2011 at 10:24 PM Just check the codes are from 0000-7777 range, no 8's or 9's. I remember distinctly a busy event in the UK I controlled at where I kept trying to give an aircraft a code with an 8 in it, and didn't realise my mistake for a couple of minutes... created a whole backlog of work for me Anyway, yes, check the codes are in the valid range.
