Miguel Frias Posted March 16, 2011 at 10:40 AM Posted March 16, 2011 at 10:40 AM If I type, "F10" (not F10 the key but "F", then "1" then "0") on the text field at the bottom of the screen, the sector file is simply closed. I believe this should not happen just by typing F 1 0... Gergely Csernak Posted March 16, 2011 at 10:56 AM Posted March 16, 2011 at 10:56 AM There are shortcuts in ES to load and close ASR files. They are connected to an F1+number sequence. The implementation works in a way that pressing F1 copies the 'F1' string to the command line. Then pressing any number while there is 'F1' in the command line executes the command. The side effect is that I do not check how the 'F1' string was put to the command line. Gergely. EuroScope developer
Miguel Frias Posted March 16, 2011 at 11:05 AM Author Posted March 16, 2011 at 11:05 AM But Gergely. I accomplish this by typing the key "F", then "1" (one), then "0" (zero). Not "F10", the key itself. Gergely Csernak Posted March 17, 2011 at 11:48 AM Posted March 17, 2011 at 11:48 AM Yes, I understood. Pressing 'F' then '1' then '0' has the same effect as pressing 'F1' then '0'. Gergely. EuroScope developer
Miguel Frias Posted March 17, 2011 at 11:49 AM Author Posted March 17, 2011 at 11:49 AM So If this conversation takes place, I'll close my sector file: Pilot: Confirm stand please? Luke Cunningham Posted March 17, 2011 at 12:06 PM Posted March 17, 2011 at 12:06 PM I think that the situation would need to be avoided by prefixing the transmission with "Stand" or "Gate".
