The program I used; prior to flying on Vatsim, was one I used to search all the ARTCC locations like Houston or LAX as such to see if controllers were on duty or not. This program listed all USA ARTCC's on the left side and when you selected one it came up and listed as one item, ATC Controllers on duty and in which position!
