John Vander Vliet 1097006 Posted April 7, 2011 at 11:45 PM Posted April 7, 2011 at 11:45 PM I have the Wilco Airbus Vol.1 and I don't understand the EFOB on the MCDU. On my MCDU when I was landing in MSP said I should have 16.1 of fuel but I landed with 9.0. Why is the MCDU saying 16.1 but I land with 9.0 fuel. I got the Airbus Evolution Vol. 1 installed. Thanks, John

Daniel Macfarlane 1033470 Posted April 8, 2011 at 01:30 AM Posted April 8, 2011 at 01:30 AM 1. Never , EVER trust that. You will not arrive with the amount that it displays. Flying ACA426 ( CYYZ - CYUL, A320 ), real flight plan calls for a block fuel of 4.5 KG's and a gate arrival fuel of 2.2 KG's , estimated. I usually land within 100 KG's of it. When I am descending into YUL , I look at my MCDU, I am suppose to land with 4.0 KG's. Really? Did I encounter a KC-10 inflight? Last time I checked, I had 2.4 KG's at TOD... My point, even if I enter the correct information, I will always get screwed over by it. 2. Wilco Evolution = Bad choice, adds more bugs and pretty much useless.
