What is the best for FS9/X AMD or INTEL?

And there is difference between 4/8GB of ram for FS9/X?

What are you saying about this computer:

AMD Phenom 2 955 3.2Ghz 64Bit Quad Core AM2+/AM3 Black Edition Box

Gigabyte GA-MA770T-UD3 AM2/AM3

Lancool Midi Tower PC-K60B Black

SeaSonic ET 600W Active PFC 120mm 4*SATA, 8-pin, PCI-E

Crucial 2GB (Single Stick DDR3-1333 CL9)X2

Samsung 1TB Sata II 32MB SpinPoint F3

Sparkle GTX560 Ti 1GB GDDR5

SONY NEC DVDRW DVR x 24 SATA AD7260S BLACK

both bands work well for FS, I personally Like intel. However just like GPUs everyone has their own preference.

Gotta agree with Richard.

I've been an AMD guy since the K6-II series, and my FS rig has gone from the AMD Duron to the Opteron to the Athlon64 to the Athlon II X2 245. I just flashed my BIOS to the latest, so I could go up to Phenom II X6 if I'd like, but I just grabbed the Phenom II X4 840.

Similar motherboard as yours: GA-MA790X-UD4P. Big difference for me is that mine takes DDR2 memory.

You should be okay with what you have, and then some. I'd suggest Windows 7 if you want to see more than 3GB of memory (Windows XP has that limitation regardless of how much memory you throw in, you will only see 3.25GB available).

the only drawback (If you call it one) is that AFAIK (and someone please correct me if I'm wrong) is that while you can set the affinity for FS9/FSX, neither really takes advantage of the multiple cores on its own. Hopefully that is something that will be built into MS Flight.

But you have pretty strong setup. Just keep an eye out on power consumption with maximum load with your GTX560. 600W should be enough, but you may become a bit cramped for growth if you want a beefier GPU.
