Want to be trained as an ATC controller...........any help..

Hello there, I'd like to take the step and try my hand at some ATC on vatsim. Ive tried applying on the vatsimuk webpage but always end up with "webpage missing" errors on the relevant links. Any help or anyone in the uk sector who could get me started would be most appreciated =)

Yea i've tried that link but it says i need to be a member of the uk division..............so i go to vatsim.net to change my division and it says im already registered with the europe(excluding UK) division and that it can continue with my request =(

I've set you to the UK, you'll have to wait up to 12 hours for this to update in the UK server though I'd imagine.

Welcome to VATSIM-UK! Thomas is correct; if you've recently joined the UK Division through the VATSIM.net website you may need to wait up to 24hrs before our systems sync up, once that's done you'll be able to register with the RTS System.

Hi, I'll join this topic as I have similar problem - On VATSIM I have uk division but on VATSIM-UK RTS Mentoring, Booking and Exam System I get that message:

- You are not a member of VATSIM-UK. Please join the UK division using the division deployment page at VATSIM.net. Alternatively, if you wish to become a visiting controller, please contact the membership director ([email protected]).

Can anybody help me with that issue or at least send me in right direction, please?

Hi Michal,

 

If you have joined the UK Division, you need to wait up to 24hrs for our systems to sync with the central database, you'll then be able to log in.

Hiya,

 

As above the UK servers yank all new transfers from CERT in the morning and late evening. Give it 24 hours from when you transferred to us, you should then be fine.

 

If not, give either Gunnar, Henry or Myself an email.
