Uninstall your Realtek audio driver and any control panel software that is labeled Realtek. Perform a reboot of the computer. Click on this link: http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false Put a check in the box to agree.
