Dan Giordano Posted July 29, 2011 at 05:44 PM Posted July 29, 2011 at 05:44 PM hey guys, im back with another strange question. anyway sometimes I will get these sound pops with certain sounds in FSX. its a very small pop or cracke sound once every second or so. now this does not happen with every sound package. i have updated my sound card driver, i have the ALC887 8-channel High Definition Audio CODEC. this is an onboard sound card that comes with theP8H67-M LE motherboard. to tell you the truth im not 100% sure if i have the latest one. i have gone to the realtek website but the best i can come up with is this - http://www.realtek.com/downloads/downloadsView.aspx?Langid=1&PNid=24&PFid=24&Level=4&Conn=3&DownTypeID=3&GetDown=false. or i can go here - http://support.asus.com/download.aspx?SLanguage=en&m=P8H67-M%20LE&p=1&s=39&os=30&hashedid=anRBLQ8WEKcWZHSt. not sure which one i should use.
