ZHN Training Department has begun to accept applications for the position of Mentor inside Honolulu ARTCC. Duties: Reports directly to the TA, or his designee Responsible for the [Mod - Happy Thoughts]istance in the development and maintenance of the ARTCC Training Program Apply official training syllabus for each student in the ARTCC in conjunction with the Training Administrator Conduct controller training as defined, and in accordance with the local testing and training policy [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ess controllers’ abilities and makes recommendation for promotion exams as necessary Provides the Instructor Team with reports on the performance of controller training and development when requested Requirements: A mentor must hold a minimum rating of S2 Maintain an online presence on the network as per the SOP Preferred Canidates Will Have The Following: Rating of S3 with at least minor endorsement Knowledge of 7110.65 docomeent Link to 7110.65 FAA Docomeent Able to devote numerous hours to [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist students when needed Real World Experience a plus!
