POSITION OPENING: Division Director – VATCAR

 

This position is appointed by and reports directly to the VATSIM North America Regional Director. The position has the authority to appoint staff members within the Caribbean Division, including but not limited to VATCAR support staff and the FIR Air Traffic Managers.

 

The Caribbean Division Director is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Division, and is accountable for all services provided by the Division. Services include ATC services, training, and user-support services. The Director will also be responsible for the timely submission of monthly status reports to the Regional Director.

 

This position requires a dedicated and motivated individual who has the time to give to such a position. Do not apply if you have the slightest doubt about the time commitment, as it is vast.

 

 

 

Minimum Qualifications

 

Applicants must have at least 12-months membership with VATSIM and extensive experience in a staff position. Applicants should also possess demonstrated management and leadership skills, and have an exemplary disciplinary record.
