VATEUD is currently looking for applicant to fill the role of Communciations and Marketing Director (VATEUD6).

 

Key Responsibilities:

Propose, manage and expand the Communication & Marketing strategy of the Division.Implement & manage the necessary communication channels between the Division and the VATSIM community. Promote the brand name VATEUD by focusing on the “international ambiance” and "multicultural" aspect of the Division.

 

Key Areas:

Improve Email and Social Media to build better relationships with users;

Manage existing Social media;

Manage VATEUD Communications channels;

Maintain contact database for all the VATEUD vACCs;

[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ist the other divisional departments / vACCs in any communication need;

Maintain divisional guidelines for content visual conformance;

 

Requirements:

 

Enthusiastic, with a p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ion for social media;

Create and implement VATEUD social media strategy;

Ability to plan social media campaigns;

Must be 18 years of age or more and preferably possess a minimum of 24 months VATSIM membership.

A member in good standing within a VATEUD vACC, vACC staff experience would be a plus.

Good level of English, other European languages advantageous.

Expected to be able to commit approx 3-5 hours per week to the tasks at hand.

 

This is one of the most demanding positions within the division. The successful candidate must be a good communicator, have a clear vision and be prepared to commit for the longer-term.
