GDPR Removed 1081487 Posted October 31, 2011 at 08:38 PM Posted October 31, 2011 at 08:38 PM Hello, I am just wondering, why is sweatbox restricted to S3s only (i mean hosting it). If S2's and even S1s can be mentors, surely this gives them the right to host it? Leon.
Wycliffe Barrett Posted October 31, 2011 at 11:05 PM Posted October 31, 2011 at 11:05 PM No it does not. The rule is quite simple S3,s only can host and operate a sweatbox session. Richard Gerrish Posted October 31, 2011 at 11:10 PM Posted October 31, 2011 at 11:10 PM Also remember reading somewhere that the S3 requirement is hard coded into tower trainer and acsim. Richard Gerrish Developer, STM Applications Group
Ross Carlson Posted November 1, 2011 at 02:33 AM Posted November 1, 2011 at 02:33 AM Also remember reading somewhere that the S3 requirement is hard coded into tower trainer and acsim. TWRTrainer and ACSim do not connect as ATC clients, only as pilot clients, thus they use the Pilot/OBS rating.
