Please join me in congratulating Mr. Leemar Yarde on his appointment as Division Director for VATCAR. He is obviously no stranger to the Division and needs no introduction, but with his vision for the future of VATCAR and his dedication to the network, I [Mod - Happy Thoughts]ure all that VATCAR is in good hands.
