Sava Markovic 1109329 Posted November 11, 2011 at 11:09 PM Posted November 11, 2011 at 11:09 PM Hello. Look at the several topics below. There isn't such thing as a VA that everyone will like. Take a look at the VATSIM approved VAs http://linksmanager.com/vatsimvas/ and find one you like. The ones that don't reply are probably not good at all. Hope this doesn't turn into a VA plug.( if that is the right word, my english is not that good) Cheers, From a 14 year old. Rahul Parkar Posted November 13, 2011 at 09:44 PM Posted November 13, 2011 at 09:44 PM Luke, One thing I must say is that, if the VA don't get back to you when you apply, then they certainly are not worth your time in the sim logging hours for them. Joining a VA and being part of that community is a brilliant experience. Enhanced when the staff of that VA get involved in the community and the VA to go with. Cheers! Marc Wheeler Posted November 15, 2011 at 03:26 PM Posted November 15, 2011 at 03:26 PM On average we receive about 4 applications a month, where a pilot is approved, but never confirms their registration, simply because the confirmation e-mail has most likely gone into their junk e-mail folder, even though we clearly give them the e-mail address they will receive messages from and ask them to add that address to their safe list. When applying to a virtual airline, make sure you add their e-mail to your safe list or at the very least, check your junk e-mail folder. Christopher Liu Posted October 20, 2013 at 11:45 PM Posted October 20, 2013 at 11:45 PM I have submitted my applications to all kinds of different VA's and i never get a reply. As others have said, those that don't reply are not worth your time, but check your spam bin. In which countries and what planes would you like to fly? That will help in narrowing down your choices, but a good start is the VATSIM approved VAs that Sava linked too (see quote below). http://linksmanager.com/vatsimvas/ and find one you like...Hope this doesn't turn into a VA plug Seems like it has now, how predictable *sigh* Proud supporter of Intercity Airways, visit www.ViaIntercity.com
