Since I generally cannot fly during the week, I've not had the pleasure of participating in that event (though I've flown in and enjoyed CZYZ airspace on many other occasions.) Other than that, yeah -- just keep an eye on ServInfo. Friday evenings and weekends are often good times to catch controllers too, though you have to just take your chances. You might also want to pay a visit to the Toronto FIR site: http://www.czyzfir.com where you can keep up on happenings or more generally you might wish to visit VATCAN's site at http://www.vatcan.org. However, as I don't know where in Ontario you are located your local area might in fact be under CZWG (Winnipeg), for example, if you are in the Thunder Bay area. CZWG's 'day' is Wednesdays and you can visit their site at http://bathursted.ccnb.nb.ca/vatcan/fir/winnipeg/index.htm. Have fun!
