Julian Diamandis 926992 Posted January 21, 2012 at 08:58 PM Posted January 21, 2012 at 08:58 PM If you were going to have six screens 24 inch (yes six) in your lounge, what would be the best graphic cards to use? Generally what is the best set up? I have a Nvidea GTX480, which I must admit seems a very unstable running just two screens. When I bought it I was hoping it would run 3, but you can't run 2 DVI screens and a mini HDMI at the same time. Richard Gerrish Posted January 22, 2012 at 09:37 AM Posted January 22, 2012 at 09:37 AM you've got a couple choices. ATI's eyefinity(or whatever its called) does a fairly good job of running multiple screens with fewer GPUs NVIDIA would work with multiple cards and a tweak here and there(was fun doing this at work) finally Matrox TripleHead2Go units do a good job too. the right way is going to depend on what you plan on doing with your setup. William Sequeira 1192651 Posted January 22, 2012 at 04:14 PM Posted January 22, 2012 at 04:14 PM I use ATI for mine. The CCC ( control center ) has a built in utility for setting them up super easy.
