hello , few days ago , a week or two , my problem was fixed , having my real name on my real email.

i succsesfully did a flight wich is logged on vataware ,

now i see i can not log in into vataware ,(Invalid username or p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word; try again.)

Forgot p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]word?

when i click on lost pasword and fill in my new id then i see, (That VATSIM ID is not in our database as a valid, active account.)

and when i try to register then it wont let mé (That e-mail address or VATSIM ID is already registered in our database!.)

i understand that becose my email on vataware is set on my old and deactivated accaunt.

 

so my old deactivated id is 987799 and is set on my skynet email on vataware.

so i can not yet register in vataware with my new id 929427.

 

can sombody fix that so i can register on vataware.

 

i hope you now the history why this all happend.

going forward for the fix .

You will need to open a ticket with vataware support, as it's not a VATSIM website or maintained by VATSIM.

That's what i thought at first too, but he would need to create a vataware account first, which he can't...

Sounds like you have 2 CID's and you should get that issue resolved with the membership department first.

I deleted the vataware account under ID 987799 so you can register again with that account. The data is not affected, just the account. Go ahead and register with your new ID, 929427. Thanks, Tim
