Pavel Brodsky Posted August 17, 2013 at 02:48 PM Posted August 17, 2013 at 02:48 PM Hello, I am trying to make basic DEL/GND training session in Aircraft Situation Editor. Take a look at my screenshot - I think I have the headings [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned correctly in the ASE, but when I load the situation in Euroscope all aircraft are heading to the same direction. Is there any known solution for this? Thank you, Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ TD Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Pavel Brodsky Posted August 18, 2013 at 01:51 PM Author Posted August 18, 2013 at 01:51 PM Any ideas? Or at least where is the heading coded in the txt scenario so I could change it manually @N:DHL437:0000:1:50.113643:14.277699:1260:0:0:0:0 $FPDHL437:*A:I:A30B:450:LKPR:0000:0000:340:LFPO:00:00:0:0:LFPG:REG/EI-FUK RMK/CARGO /v/:BALTU L984 DONAD UT170 RAPET UZ93 LOHRE UL984 NOSPA UN857 RENSA DELAY:3:7 Pavel Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Samuel Mason Posted August 25, 2013 at 02:47 PM Posted August 25, 2013 at 02:47 PM I don't think EuroScope recognizes initial headings.
Miguel Frias Posted August 26, 2013 at 01:22 PM Posted August 26, 2013 at 01:22 PM They all point as if heading 090 but when the simulation starts, I believe they're positioned correctly. Had a try? Alireza Fallah Jeddi 12026 Posted September 6, 2013 at 09:56 AM Posted September 6, 2013 at 09:56 AM I tried but did not follow the heading on air and on the ground too. Any idea? Miguel Frias Posted September 6, 2013 at 10:00 AM Posted September 6, 2013 at 10:00 AM In the air they will follow their route. If the first waypoint goes south for instance, the plane will turn south. Miguel Frias Posted September 6, 2013 at 10:21 AM Posted September 6, 2013 at 10:21 AM Make sure they head to the IAF or final waypoint. Pavel Brodsky Posted September 8, 2013 at 02:11 PM Author Posted September 8, 2013 at 02:11 PM I still have not solved this Now I am trying to create some airborne scenario but all of them are heading to the east... They turn to the first waypoint slowly after starting session, but it takes time and looks bad. Pavel Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Miguel Frias Posted September 8, 2013 at 09:58 PM Posted September 8, 2013 at 09:58 PM In ASE have you changed the initial heading in the dialog window for each plane? Pavel Brodsky Posted October 13, 2013 at 02:19 PM Author Posted October 13, 2013 at 02:19 PM Yes, I have. Is here anyone who is successfully using ASE and has no heading problems? Maybe we can compare our system specs, I have Win7 64bit and latest versions of everything... Pavel Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Genadi Chankov Posted January 21, 2014 at 08:29 PM Posted January 21, 2014 at 08:29 PM I have this problem too. All planes pointing 090*. I found out that when start simulator server and see at the Simulator (training) the planes have no route, and no point to fly to. I believe this is syntax error, but don't know how to fix it. It will be very helpful if someone with working headings post his situation file here.
Pavel Brodsky Posted April 6, 2014 at 09:42 AM Author Posted April 6, 2014 at 09:42 AM Genadi, we have a small MS Excel based scenario generator (just for our one specific position) which produces working scenarios with correct heading. I am posting here a file from it. But I am unable to track the mistake in the code. Maybe if someone skilled could compare this working scenario and some faulty ASE scenario and find the problem that could move us a step fwd. www.brodhaq.hu.cz/LKPR_24_vol1.txt Pavel Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Genadi Chankov Posted April 6, 2014 at 11:09 AM Posted April 6, 2014 at 11:09 AM I found solution. You need to set DCT to point otherwise the trfc goes to H090*.
