Pavel Brodsky
Hello, I am trying to make basic DEL/GND training session in Aircraft Situation Editor. Take a look at my screenshot - I think I have the headings [Mod - Happy Thoughts]igned correctly in the ASE, but when I load the situation in Euroscope all aircraft are heading to the same direction. Is there any known solution for this? Thank you, Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ TD Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Pavel Brodsky
Any ideas? Or at least where is the heading coded in the txt scenario so I could change it manually @N:DHL437:0000:1:50.113643:14.277699:1260:0:0:0:0 $FPDHL437:*A:I:A30B:450:LKPR:0000:0000:340:LFPO:00:00:0:0:LFPG:REG/EI-FUK RMK/CARGO /v/:BALTU L984 DONAD UT170 RAPET UZ93 LOHRE UL984 NOSPA UN857 RENSA DELAY:3:7 Pavel Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Samuel Mason
I don't think EuroScope recognizes initial headings.
Miguel Frias
They all point as if heading 090 but when the simulation starts, I believe they're positioned correctly. Had a try? Alireza Fallah Jeddi 12026
I tried but did not follow the heading on air and on the ground too. Any idea? Alireza Fallah Jeddi VATSIM Instructor Iran vACC ATC Manager (VATME)
Miguel Frias
In the air they will follow their route. If the first waypoint goes south for instance, the plane will turn south. Miguel Frias
Make sure they head to the IAF or final waypoint. Pavel Brodsky
I still have not solved this Now I am trying to create some airborne scenario but all of them are heading to the east... They turn to the first waypoint slowly after starting session, but it takes time and looks bad. Pavel Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Miguel Frias
In ASE have you changed the initial heading in the dialog window for each plane? Pavel Brodsky
Yes, I have. Is here anyone who is successfully using ASE and has no heading problems? Maybe we can compare our system specs, I have Win7 64bit and latest versions of everything... Pavel Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Genadi Chankov
I have this problem too. All planes pointing 090*. I found out that when start simulator server and see at the Simulator (training) the planes have no route, and no point to fly to. I believe this is syntax error, but don't know how to fix it. It will be very helpful if someone with working headings post his situation file here.
Pavel Brodsky
Genadi, we have a small MS Excel based scenario generator (just for our one specific position) which produces working scenarios with correct heading. I am posting here a file from it. But I am unable to track the mistake in the code. Maybe if someone skilled could compare this working scenario and some faulty ASE scenario and find the problem that could move us a step fwd. www.brodhaq.hu.cz/LKPR_24_vol1.txt Pavel Pavel Brodsky VACC-CZ
Genadi Chankov
I found solution. You need to set DCT to point otherwise the trfc goes to H090*.
