That's where the equipment is that's responsible for that IP address.

Sam, this isn't a VATSIM server's IP address. There is probably a script on there making excessive requests to the data server (e.g. the server index file is only meant to be requested once a day, a definitely not every 5 minutes).

I thought that he was trying to connect to VATSIM using that IP, as I misread the first post as I thought he was trying to connect to VATSIM. Sorry, my bad.
