This one affects far fewer services than the last one, but services affected include anything that requires interface with the VATSIM Member Data services, including (but not necessarily limited to) promotions and additions/deletions to/from the VATUSA member database from the VATSIM member database. Anything that is accomplished wholly within VATUSA (e.g., ARTCC transfers) is fine. ARTCCs can process promotions on our end, but VATSIM can't receive that data during this outage, which means the promotion can't get p[Mod - Happy Thoughts]ed to the servers. VATSIM has made the required correction on their end, but we are waiting for a third-party licensing agency to take the required action to resolve the issue. It's the same issue that is currently affecting the VATSIM stats inquiry database that has been posted about in other forum threads.
