We would like to try our first VATSIM flight with this simulator (just some aerodrome circuits):

So if anyone wants to provide ATC for EDDF tomorrow from around 12.00h to 13.30h that would be great!

To reach the German controllers and place ATC requests, I rather recommend the German forums and or website:

I have placed your request in the regional group Frankfurt, but with this short notice, I cannot guarantee any ATC.
