Has anyone seen this before?

I have a slight situation, I have Directx10 preview checked and not by choice either, if I uncheck it do a full reboot, select a plane, click fly now, I get the black loading screen with nothing else showing, the plane is there cause I get sound and the mouse over tool helper showing but no visual. with it checked I get this blank plane no textures or anything just a white tube. for some reason I can't load the screenshot to this text.
