Charles Burry 1170375 Posted November 11, 2013 at 11:47 AM Posted November 11, 2013 at 11:47 AM (edited) Thks guys for the release. It's unfortunately crashing Gizmo on my setup (Win7 64, 10.25b3 (tested also on b1)). ... Gizmo64: Building Mouse Trap.. Gizmo64: XPluginStart - OK. Loaded: C:\X-Plane_10/Resources/plugins/Gizmo64.plugin/64/win.xpl. --=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: win.xpl}==-- And don't know why, it managed to start once (out of 30 attempts). With Gizmo de-activated, it sometimes run, sometimes crash... I'll try investigate more. Charles Edit: Gizmo sucks. A lot of Windows users are reporting this crash. Contact X-Aviation. You can also send me ([email protected]) your mini dump file after a crash (should be located in %SystemRoot%\MiniDump and I should be able to use that to confirm whether the crash is in XSB (less likely) or Gizmo (more likely). Charles Burry 1170375 Posted November 11, 2013 at 05:34 PM Posted November 11, 2013 at 05:34 PM Hi! Right, Gizmo is for the X-aviation CRJ200. Ben Russel is investigating: http://forums.x-pilot.com/topic/5685-new-crj-200-acf-file-doesnt-work-with-gizmo/page-2 Can't find the minidump file: where can that one be hidden on a Win7 install? Rory Stenerson 1155912 Posted November 23, 2013 at 05:40 PM Posted November 23, 2013 at 05:40 PM Ditto on the Congrats to Wade & Co., I just installed 1.2b yesterday, and it works perfectly. Now I just have to learn how to fly this X-Plane 10.21 64bit (I'm a veteran of FSX, but after many wasted and frustrated hours I couldn't get FSX back running correctly on my brand new Windows7 64bit based PC ) I really wanted to keep flying online in VATSIM, so again thanks XSquawkbox.net, nicely done Rory

Alexander Cohrs Posted November 25, 2013 at 01:05 PM Posted November 25, 2013 at 01:05 PM I am so happy about that release. During the past months, I was running 64bit and 32bit simultaneously with a master/slave-setup, but that really was just a workaround, so it's great to know I can use X-Plane on VATSIM again now with just running one simulator. Christopher Spencer 102404 Posted January 13, 2014 at 10:23 PM Posted January 13, 2014 at 10:23 PM Wade, I got a crash when starting X-Plane. The normal X-Plane crash handler didn't come up for some reason so I popped up the debugger. I have a minidump as well if you want it. 0:000> !analyze -v ******************************************************************************* * * * Exception Analysis * * * ******************************************************************************* *** WARNING: Unable to verify checksum for XPLM_64.dll *** ERROR: Symbol file could not be found.
