I would like to thank Lee for all the work and dedication he put into establishing the vACC, and I’m sure he’ll be a regular visitor to Tirana. Belisar Hoxolli was agreed to step up and fill the position left vacant by Lee. Bellisar is a native Albanian and is very familiar with the airspace.
