I then try to alt-tab back to FSX and Windows 8.1 gives me the nice little toggle sound, and then nothing. So, I hover over the FSX icon in the taskbar and then click on the little peek window that shows up...same thing. I do this about three or four times, and finally FSX will appear. Sometimes, it will freak and black out the screen...even though the app is still running I can tell. Anybody know of an easy way around this stupid issue? I can run FSX in non-full screen mode (ALT-ENTER) but I really don't want to. FYI, I'm totally new to Windows 8.1 and this stupid metro style (which I am currently having a love-hate relationship with!). Thanks for any ideas.
